I just wanted to write and let you know how pleased I am with the service we have received from your company and the caregiver that you sent for my mother. We contacted you on very short notice and within 4 hours you had someone at my mother's house to help with our situation.
We have had experience with health care workers in the past (being late for their shift, not showing up at all, etc. ) so I was a little apprehensive about what we would experience. Not only was Belinda early for the first day but she was able to step right in, see what needed to be done without being told and make herself at home immediately. She has been there every day when she was expected and the consistency of having the same person has been very reassuring for me (as well as my mom).
I realize that sometimes it is hard for companies to predict what will happen in these type of situations but we have been impressed with the reliability and care that we have experienced. I believe in letting companies know when customer service has been either what was expected or when it falls shor and feel that her performance should be acknowledged. I don't think Mother will have any problem recommending your company to any of her circle of friends [and believe me there is quite a hot line in that S.S. class: ) ] Thank you so much for helping us out when we were in need.
